Amenities
Swimming Pool & Swim Team
Our community pool is a source of family gatherings, children playing, Friday Night cookouts and center for our 4th of July celebration. Any member in good standing is free to use the pool during the pool hours and can bring guests from outside of the community free of charge. Typical pool hours: 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM . The pool is open seven (7) days per week during the season.
The pool is the home of our community swim team the BBLS Stingrays.
Tennis Courts
Our tennis courts are located on our pool grounds and can be used by any member in good standing on a first come first serve basis.
Clubhouse
Any community member in good standing can reserve the Clubhouse for a private party up to 40 people.
Rental of the Clubhouse does not come with exclusive use of the pool.
The Clubhouse is reserved first through the Resident portal in the Reservation section. Then, payment of the fee must be made to M2 Management Group.
You must reserve the amenity at least seven days before your event.

Volleyball Court
Our sand volleyball court is on our pool grounds and is a source of fun and games during rest periods from the pool or pick of volleyball games at any time.
Playground
Our playground is on our pool grounds as well and can be used by any community member.
Pavilion
The Pavilion is an outdoor facility that has a charcoal grill, fire pit and picnic tables. The Pavilion is able to be used by any member in good standing and free of charge.
The Pavilion is reserved first through the Resident portal in the Reservation section.

Nature Preserve Common Areas
We have beautiful common areas that have been undeveloped to preserve the natural beauty. We have 3 common ponds and the common areas are cared for by our landscaping company.
